RIGHT TO TERMINATE LICENSE. PACMLS shall have the right at any time, and in PACMLS’ sole discretion, to terminate the right to transfer information (download) forthwith upon written notice to Participant. Delivery of such written notice to Participant shall constitute delivery of said written notice to Consultant. Both Participant and Consultant agree to cease downloading upon receipt of such notice.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE LICENSE. CBA may, in CBA’s sole discretion, with or without reason, terminate the license granted herein immediately and without notice. Both Member and Consultant agree to cease downloading upon notice of termination.

NCWARMLS shall have the right at any time, and in NCWARMLS’s sole discretion, to terminate the right to transfer information (download) forthwith upon written notice to Member. Delivery of such written notice to Member shall constitute delivery of said written notice to Consultant. Both Member and Consultant agree to cease downloading upon receipt of such notice

WARDEX shall have the right at any time and in WARDEX’s sole discretion to terminate the right to transfer information (download) forthwith upon written notice to Participant. Delivery of such written notice to Participant shall constitute delivery of said written notice to Consultant. Both Participant and Consultant agree to cease downloading upon receipt of such notice.

RANW MLS shall have the right at any time and in RANW MLS’s sole discretion to terminate the right to transfer information (download) forthwith upon written notice to Participant. Delivery of such written notice to Participant shall constitute delivery of said written notice to the Consultant. Both Participant and Consultant agree to cease downloading upon receipt of such notice.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE LICENSE. YAR shall have the right at any time and in YAR’s sole discretion to terminate the right to transfer information (download) forthwith upon written notice to Participant. Delivery of such written notice to Participant shall constitute delivery of said written notice to Consultant. Both Participant and Consultant agree to cease downloading upon receipt of such notice.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE LICENSE. B-CSMLS shall have the right at any time and in B- CSMLS’ sole discretion to terminate the right to transfer information (download) without notice. After termination, B-CSMLS shall provide written notice within 3 days to the Participant and Agent. Delivery of such written notice to the Participant and Agent shall constitute delivery of said written notice to Consultant. The Participant, Agent, and Consultant(s) agree to cease downloading upon receipt of such notice.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE LICENSE. The Scotts Bluff County Board of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service shall have the right at any time and in the Scotts Bluff County Board of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service’s sole discretion to terminate the right to transfer information (download) forthwith upon written notice to Participant. Delivery of such written notice to Participant shall constitute delivery of said written notice to Consultant. Both Participant and Consultant agree to cease downloading upon receipt of such notice.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE LICENSE. KMLSN shall have the right at any time, and in its sole discretion, to terminate the right to transfer information (download) forthwith upon written notice to Participant. Delivery of such written notice to participant shall constitute delivery of said written notice to Consultant. Both Participant and Consultant agree to cease downloading immediately upon receipt of such notice.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE LICENSE. The SCWMLS shall have the right at any time and in the SCWMLS’ sole discretion to terminate the right to transfer information (download) upon written notice to the Participant. Delivery of such notice to the Participant shall constitute delivery of said written notice to Consultant. Both Participant and Consultant agree to cease downloading upon receipt of such notice.
