Common use of Right to Re-enter Clause in Contracts

Right to Re-enter. 6.9.1 If there be any breach of any of the terms and conditions and covenants herein contained on the part of the SPD, GPCL shall have the right to re-enter in to the possession of the Demised Premises or any part thereof and there upon the term hereby granted and right to renewal thereof shall absolutely cease and determine, and in that case no compensation shall be payable to the SPD on account of the buildings and improvements built or carried out on the Demised Premises by SPD.
