Common use of Right to Proceed Clause in Contracts

Right to Proceed. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding (a) if any of the conditions specified in Article 4 hereof have not been satisfied, Buyer shall have the right to proceed with the transactions contemplated hereby without waiving its rights hereunder, (b) if any of the conditions specified in Article 5 hereof have not been satisfied, Seller shall have the right to proceed with the transactions contemplated hereby without waiving its rights hereunder.

If any of the conditions specified in Article 5 6 hereof have not been satisfied, Seller Sellers shall have the right to proceed with the transactions contemplated hereby without waiving its rights hereunder.

If any of the conditions specified in Article 5 6 hereof have not been satisfied, Seller Sellers shall have the right to proceed with the transactions contemplated hereby without waiving its their rights hereunder.
