Right to Nominate Purchaser Sample Clauses

Right to Nominate Purchaser. Where any party may be prohibited or restricted from fully exercising its rights of acquisition under this Part due to restrictions on the foreign ownership of shareholdings in companies under Indian law, that party shall have the right to nominate who may exercise such rights in its place, so long as any such nomination itself complies with the Applicable Law and regulatory requirements.
