Right to Intervene. In the event that any claim, demand, suit or other proceeding is instituted or threatened against the Purchaser relating to this Agreement, the Assets or the Assumed Liabilities, the Seller shall have the right, at its discretion and expense, to intervene in such matter, and the Purchaser hereby agrees to give prompt and prior notice thereof to the Seller and consents to such intervention.
Right to Intervene and participate in the procedure Until the judgments and orders of the Court of Justice of the European Union in all proceedings and requests for preliminary rulings referred to in Article 86 have become final, the United Kingdom may intervene in the same way as a Member State or, in the cases brought before the Court of Justice of the European Union in accordance with Article 267 TFEU, participate in the procedure before the Court of Justice of the European Union in the same way as a Member State. During that period, the Registrar of the Court of Justice of the European Union shall notify the United Kingdom, at the same time and in the same manner as the Member States, of any case referred to the Court of Justice of the European Union for a preliminary ruling by a court or tribunal of a Member State. The United Kingdom may also intervene or participate in the procedure before the Court of Justice of the European Union in the same way as a Member State:
Right to Intervene. In the event that any claim, protest, suit or other proceeding is instituted against Purchaser under this Agreement, Seller shall have the right, at its discretion and expense, to intervene in such litigation, and Purchaser hereby consents to such intervention.
Right to Intervene. In the event that any litigation is instituted against either party under this Agreement, the other party shall have the right at its sole discretion to intervene in such litigation, and the parties do hereby consent to such intervention.

Right to Intervene. Each party shall have the right to intervene in any action relating to an infringement of the Technology in the Field of Exploitation brought by the other party, at the intervening party's sole expense.
Right to Intervene. Nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit any Agent or any Claimholder from intervening in a proceeding for the arrest of a Vessel commenced by a third party in order to preserve the rights of such Agent or its respective Claimholders to their respective interests.
Right to Intervene. While the Agency agrees to permit and participate in Learning Experiences pursuant to this Agreement, the delivery of health care services is its primary and overriding responsibility and its obligations under this Agreement shall be subject thereto at all times. The Agency shall have the right to intervene in those instances where a Student or Instructor may be functioning in a manner considered by the Agency to prejudice the well- being of any patient or to be contrary to Agency rules, policies or procedures. The Student will not be expected to perform a task unless it might reasonably be expected to be within the scope of the training and ability of an average Student at a stage similar to the Student’s level of training.
Right to Intervene. The Highlands staff is authorized to close the bar down if alcohol consumption becomes a dangerous situation and/or is the cause of damage to the property. Additionally, The Highlands may ask guests for identification to verify age and reserves the right to ask the entire party to leave if (1) a minor is consuming alcohol; (2) an adult is providing alcohol to a minor; or (3) a guest or guests appears intoxicated and refuses to leave the Premises. Right to Intervene. Nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit any Party from intervening in any regulatory proceeding relating to the Project or the Other Facilities and taking any position in any such proceeding that it deems appropriate.
