Right to Inspection. The Borrower agrees to grant to the Lender and the Department, until the Note has been fully repaid with interest, the right at all reasonable hours to inspect the collateral used to secure the Loan; and the Borrower further agrees to provide the Lender free access to the Borrower’s premises for the purpose of such inspection to determine the condition of the real estate.
Right to Inspection. The rooms/apartments will be periodically inspected for health/safety violations. If violations are found, the resident(s) will have sufficient time to correct the violation. If the violation is not corrected, the student will be subject to the student conduct process. Continued violations may result in judicial action and could also separately result in termination of the lease by the University.
Right to Inspection. (a) Each Partner or his duly authorized agent shall at all reasonable times have access to and the right at his expense to inspect and copy any of the books and records of the Partnership.
Right to Inspection. Each Limited Partner shall have the right at all reasonable times upon reasonable notice to examine and copy at its expense the books and records of the Partnership.

I agree that any property situated on the Company’s premises and owned by the Company, including disks and other storage media, filing cabinets or other work areas, is subject to inspection by Company personnel at any time with or without notice. Prior to leaving, I will cooperate with the Company in completing and signing the Company’s termination statement for technical and management personnel.
Right to Inspection. 5.1 The CITY or its agents shall have the right to review or observe the services performed by the CONTRACTOR. No inspection, review, or observation shall relieve the CONTRACTOR of its responsibility under this Agreement.
Right to Inspection. The lender shall have the right to inspect the above referred to equipment at any reasonable time. The Lender shall first give reasonable and adequate notice to the Borrower of his intentions.
Right to Inspection. Xxxxxxxx reserves the right to inspect any instrument prior to inclusion under a Service Agreement and may require that the instrument(s) be returned to the proper operating specifications at the Customer’s expense prior to inclusion.
Right to Inspection. WFP has the right to inspect, and, as applicable, measure the Products. Products that do not meet the specifications of the Agreement may be deemed unsatisfactory at the sole discretion of WFP, acting reasonably. If WFP finds the Products to be unsatisfactory, WFP may reject the Products and may, in its sole discretion (a) require Seller to promptly provide replacement Products or (b) terminate the Agreement, in whole or part, in which case WFP will have no obligations to the Seller other than for the price of the Products that were accepted by WFP. Any inspection or other action by WFP under this Section will not reduce or otherwise affect Seller’s obligations under this Agreement.
Right to Inspection. By execution of this application/agreement, applicant agrees to make available for inspection those lands or areas upon which the merchandise or produce offered for sale at the Xxxxxxx Park Farmers Market is raised or produced. Failure to provide location or access shall be considered a violation of the rules and regulations of the Xxxxxxx Park Farmers Market and this agreement.
