Right to Information. 2.1 For the purpose of exercising the Proxy Rights under this Agreement, the Proxy shall be informed on the operation, business, customers, finance and employees and other affairs of the Company, and to inspect the relevant materials and records of the Company. The Company shall fully cooperate with the Proxy in this regard.
