Right to Dissolve Trust. The Sponsor will have the right at any time to dissolve the Trust and, after satisfaction of liabilities to creditors of the Trust as required by applicable law, to cause the Debentures to be distributed to the Holders in liquidation of the Trust. Such right is subject to the Sponsor's having received all required regulatory approvals.

Right to Dissolve Trust. The Sponsor shall have the right at any time after the Closing Date to elect to dissolve the Trust pursuant to Article 8 hereof and to direct the Property Trustee to take such action as shall be necessary to distribute the Debt Securities to the Holders of the Securities in exchange for all of the Securities.
