Right to Display. During the term of this Agreement, each party authorizes the other party to display and use the other's trademarks, trade names and logos (collectively, the TRADEMARKS) in connection with that party's sale, advertisement, service and promotion of the Corio Services or the Software and MarkxxXxxx.xxx Xxxvice. Each party shall indicate in all product, service, publicity and printed materials relating to the Corio Services or the Software and MarkxxXxxx.xxx Service that such trademarks are the property of the originating party. Upon termination of this Agreement, each party shall cease all display, advertising and use of all Trademarks of the other party and shall not thereafter use, advertise or display any trademark, trade name or logo which is, or any part of which is, confusingly similar to any such designation association with Corio or the Corio Services or Commerce One or any Commerce One product.

Right to Display. During the term of this Agreement, each Party authorizes the other Party to display and use the other's trademarks, trade names and logos (collectively, the "Trademarks") in connection with that Party's advertisement and promotion of the PurchasePro Services and/or AuctioNet Services or Integrated Software (or the functionality thereof). Each Party shall indicate in all product, service, publicity and printed materials relating to the PurchasePro Services and/or AuctioNet Services, Software and Integrated Software that such trademarks are the property of the originating Party. Upon termination of this Agreement, each Party shall cease all display, advertising and use of all Trademarks of the other Party. During the term of this Agreement and thereafter, neither Party shall use, advertise or display any trademark, trade name or logo which is, or any part of which is, confusingly similar to any Trademark of the other Party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, PurchasePro shall discontinue all use of AuctioNet Trademarks if the Integrated Software includes any PurchasePro Modification and AuctioNet objects to such use because in its reasonable discretion such Modification degrades the performance of the Software or the Integrated Software or the experience of a user of the AuctioNet Services as would constitute a material adverse effect with respect thereto, and further, such Modification has not been approved by AuctioNet.

Right to Display. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, Lunar Cow will have the right to publicly display any Web site, including any components or content therein, and any design prepared or developed by Lunar Cow under the Proposal to any third party, including, but not limited to, to potential customers in person, by advertisements or trade shows, or through contest submissions.

  • Right to Disclose With respect to any information, knowledge, or data disclosed to the Contractor by the Subcontractor, the Subcontractor warrants that the Subcontractor has full and unrestricted right to disclose the same without incurring legal liability to others, and that the Contractor shall have the full and unrestricted rights to use and publish the same as it may see fit.   • RIGHT TO USE NAME The Adviser warrants that each Fund’s name is not deceptive or misleading and that the Adviser has rights to any distinctive name used by a Fund. Any concern regarding copyright, trademark, or patent infringement with respect to the name used by a Fund managed by the Adviser shall be resolved by the Adviser. Each Fund acknowledges that its use of any distinctive name is derivative of its relationship with the Adviser. Each Fund may use the name connected with the Adviser or any name derived from or using the name of the Fund managed by the Adviser only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof remains in effect. Within sixty (60) days from such time as this Agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Trust and Fund shall cease to use such a name or any other name connected with the Adviser. It is understood and hereby agreed that the name “Advisor Managed Portfolios” is the property of the Trust for copyright and all other purposes. The Adviser undertakes and agrees that, in the event that the Adviser shall cease to act as investment adviser to the Fund, the Adviser shall promptly take all necessary and appropriate action to discontinue use of the Trust’s name and will further refrain from using the Trust’s name; provided, however, that the Adviser may continue to use the Trust’s name for the sole purpose of identifying the Trust as an account formerly managed by the Adviser or as otherwise consented to by the Trust in writing prior to such use. It is additionally understood and hereby agreed that the name or any reasonable derivation of the same, is the property of the Adviser for copyright and all other purposes. The Trust undertakes and agrees that, in the event that the Adviser shall cease to act as investment adviser to the Funds, the Trust shall promptly take all necessary and appropriate action to discontinue use of the Adviser’s name and will further refrain from using the Adviser’s name; provided, however, that the Trust may continue to use the Adviser’s name for the sole purpose of identifying the Trust as an account formerly managed by the Adviser or as otherwise consented to by the Adviser in writing prior to such use.

  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.

  • Right to Revoke Employee may revoke this Agreement by notice to Company, in writing, received within seven (7) days of the date of its execution by Employee (the “Revocation Period”). Employee agrees that Employee will not receive the benefits provided by this Agreement if Employee revokes this Agreement. Employee also acknowledges and agrees that if Company has not received from Employee notice of Employee’s revocation of this Agreement prior to the expiration of the Revocation Period, Employee will have forever waived Employee’s right to revoke this Agreement, and this Agreement shall thereafter be enforceable and have full force and effect.
