kind by Subtenant (such notice being self-operative without the execution of any further instrument), elect to continue the Sublease without interruption with the same effect as if Landlord, as landlord, and Subtenant, as tenant, had entered into a lease as of the end of the Lease containing the same provisions as those contained in the Sublease for a term equal to the unexpired term of the Sublease, subject, however, to the right of Landlord, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Sublease thereafter on not less than thirty (30) days\u2019 advance written notice given by Landlord to Subtenant.
