RIGHT TO CHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 17.1 GVI shall from time to time be entitled to amend the terms of the Agreement by way of 30 calendar daysnotice to the Customer and should the Customer not accept such change the Customer shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement within 30 calendar days of receipt of the notice of the amendment by way of written notice to GVI. If the Customer does not terminate the Agreement within 30 calendar days of receipt of GVI’s notice of amendment of the Agreement, it shall be deemed to have accepted the amendment.
