Right of Way. 27. Right of Way activities shall be conducted in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, ORS Chapter 35, FAPG, CFR, and the ODOT Right of Way Manual, Title 23 CFR part 710 and Title 49 CFR part 24.
