RIGHT OF VISITATION. 24. Representatives of the Union shall be permitted free access to the establishments where its members are employed, for the purpose of observing if the conditions of this Agreement are maintained and for any other reasonable purpose arising out of the operation of this Agreement provided there is no interference with the business of the Employer. RIGHT OF VISITATION. An International Representative of the United Steelworkers, Local 10-670, may on occasion, visit the Site Human Resources Lead and/or his/her designee at his/her office by appointment, previously made, and shall enter the office building through the Visitor's Entrance. The Site Human Resources Lead and/or his/her designee may, at his/her discretion, escort the International Representative through the production areas of the factory in such cases as the Site Human Resources Lead shall deem it necessary and advisable.
RIGHT OF VISITATION. Any duly authorized representatives of AFTRA shall be admitted to the premises of the Station at any reasonable time for the purpose of determining the maintenance of salaries, fees, and other conditions agreed to hereby, provided that any such representative shall notify the applicable General Manager or his management representative prior to said visit and comply with all rules and regulations of the Company while on its premises. Not more than two (2) AFTRA representatives will be admitted at each visit. Visits shall not include the right to inspect Company's official records.

RIGHT OF VISITATION. A. A duly authorized officer or representative of the Union shall be permitted to visit the premises of the Employer during the day shift for the purposes of administering matters pertaining to this Agreement, but shall not interfere with work or production in Employer's premises.

RIGHT OF VISITATION. The duly elected or properly designated representative of Local No. 156-U shall have access to the plant during regular business hours upon reasonable notice to the Plant Manager or his representative for the purposes of adjustment of disputes and/or grievances and for the investigation of matters herein described and covered by this Agreement, provided this right or privilege shall be reasonably used. The authorized representative shall be subject to all plant rules and regulations while engaged in such a visit. Such visits shall not interfere with the proper conduct of the business nor the work of any Associate except the Union Shop Stewxxx xxx/or the aggrieved Associate.
