Right of Union Participation. At any time, the Union, upon request, if available, will have the right to inspect and observe any aspect of the drug testing program up to the giving of a specimen. The Union may inspect individual test results if the release of this information is authorized by the employee involved, or is necessary or relevant to the grievance/arbitration process of this Agreement.
