Common use of Right of Contribution Clause in Contracts

Right of Contribution. Subject to Section 2(c), each Guarantor hereby agrees that to the extent that a Guarantor shall have paid more than its proportionate share of any payment made hereunder, such Guarantor shall be entitled to seek and receive contribution from and against any other Guarantor hereunder which has not paid its proportionate share of such payment. Each Guarantor's right of contribution shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2(c). The provisions of this Section 2(b) shall in no respect limit the obligations and liabilities of any Guarantor to the Purchasers and each Guarantor shall remain liable to the Purchasers for the full amount guaranteed by such Guarantor hereunder.

The provisions of this Section 2(b) 2.05 shall in no respect limit the obligations and liabilities of any Guarantor to the Purchasers Trustee and the Holders, and each Guarantor shall remain liable to the Purchasers Trustee and the Holders for the full amount guaranteed by such Guarantor hereunder.

The provisions of this Section 2(b) Paragraph 23 shall in no respect limit the obligations and liabilities of any Guarantor to the Purchasers Guaranteed Parties, and each Guarantor shall remain liable to the Purchasers Guaranteed Parties for the full amount guaranteed by such Guarantor hereunder. 2 This Section is not applicable to General Partner Guaranty.

Subject to Section 2(c), each Each Guarantor hereby agrees that to the extent that a any Guarantor shall have paid more than its proportionate share of any payment made hereunderon the obligations under the Note Guarantees, such Guarantor shall be entitled to seek and receive contribution from and against the Company or any other Guarantor hereunder which who has not paid its proportionate share of such payment. Each Guarantor's right of contribution shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2(c)3.6. The provisions of this Section 2(b) 11.3 shall in no respect limit the obligations and liabilities of any each Guarantor to the Purchasers Trustee and the Holders and each Guarantor shall remain liable to the Purchasers Trustee and the Holders for the full amount guaranteed by such Guarantor hereunder.

Right of Contribution. Subject to Section 2(c), each Each Guarantor hereby agrees that to the extent that a Guarantor shall have paid more than its proportionate share of any payment made hereunder, such Guarantor shall be entitled to seek and receive contribution from and against any other Guarantor hereunder which that has not paid its proportionate share of such payment. The provisions of this Section 2(b) shall in no respect limit the obligations and liabilities including, without limitation, the Obligations of any Guarantor to the Purchasers Lender, and each Guarantor shall remain liable to the Purchasers Lender for the full amount guaranteed by such Guarantor hereunder.

Right of Contribution. The provisions of this Section 2(b) shall in no respect limit the joint and several obligations and liabilities of any Guarantor to the Purchasers Purchaser, and each Guarantor shall remain liable to the Purchasers Purchaser for the full amount of the Obligations guaranteed by such Guarantor hereunder.

The provisions of this Section 2(b15(b) shall in no respect limit the obligations and liabilities of any Guarantor to the Purchasers Holder, and each Guarantor shall remain liable to the Purchasers Holder for the full amount guaranteed by such Guarantor it hereunder.
