RFP Addenda. Substantive requests for information received prior to the deadline for questions may be responded to in writing by the County in the form of an addendum to this RFP. If a Bidder finds any inconsistency or ambiguity in this RFP, the Bidder should contact the County for resolution of the issue. Any clarification given may become an addendum. If it becomes necessary to issue an addendum to this RFP, an addendum will be provided to all vendors receiving copies of the RFP issued by the County. Should the addendum, in the judgment of the County require additional time an extension of time for the submission of proposals will be given.
