RFP Addenda. Substantive requests for information received prior to the deadline for questions may be responded to in writing by the County in the form of an addendum to this RFP. If a Bidder finds any inconsistency or ambiguity in this RFP, the Bidder should contact the County for resolution of the issue. Any clarification given may become an addendum.
