RFP. Seller has met, during the RFP procurement process period and through the Contract Date, all of the minimum qualification criteria set forth in the RFP.
RFP. Hotel hereby represents and warrants that it has accurately and truthfully completed the RFP portion of this Agreement. In the event that any of the information provided by Hotel in the RFP changes, Hotel agrees to notify TRAVELSAVERS immediately. TRAVELSAVERS shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, in whole or in part, if it disapproves of such a change.
RFP. The Government will provide the Contractor an RFP that includes a revised PWS with the changed conditions. The contractor shall respond with a technical and price proposal that satisfies the RFP. This action may result in a contract modification.

RFP. We appreciate the opportunity to participate in the process and are optimistic that the combination of our qualifications and fees provide the value you are seeking in a partner for this project. We have reviewed our original proposal and made modifications to the scope and fee to align with the requirements of the RFP. You will notice two significant changes. First, we originally proposed a significant amount of planning work associated with the current energy consumption at the three campus. We felt like this information would be useful for planning the solar installations, but it was not requested by the RFP so we have omitted that work from our final offer. Second, we have modified our man-hour allowance in the execution phase of this project to 400 hours, using a blended hourly rate at your request. Attachment 1 clarifies the revised scope of work. RFP. On or about June 22, 2011, Client issued a Request for Proposal (the "RFP)") in connection with a search to hire an investment consulting firm to provide investment advice to the Investment & Facilities Committee of the Client(the "Committee").
