Common use of Revocation Right Clause in Contracts

Revocation Right. Notwithstanding the initial effectiveness of this Agreement upon execution by the Parties, Executive may revoke the delivery (and therefore the effectiveness) of this Agreement within the seven-day period beginning on the date that he signs this Agreement (such seven-day period being referred to herein as the “Release Revocation Period”).
