Revisions and Reviews of Tuition and Fee Charts. From time to time, the Board of Directors at Akamai University shall conduct a financial review to determine if tuition and fees need to increase relative to any special arrangements offered to the authorized representative. Should it be determined that the tuition and fees must change related to any and all degree programs offered by this MOU or by future amendments to this MOU, such increases shall not exceed 20% of the existing published tuition fees.
