Revision and Maintenance. CSC shall incorporate any comments or suggestions of Sears into the OPM and shall deliver a final revised version to Sears within fifteen (15) days of its receipt of such comments and suggestions for Sears’ approval. The OPM shall be delivered and maintained by CSC in hard copy and electronic formats and shall be accessible electronically to Sears Personnel in a manner consistent with Sears’ security policies.
Revision and Maintenance. The Policy and Procedures Manual will be delivered and maintained by Supplier in hard copy and electronic formats and will be accessible electronically to Kraft management and Authorized Users in a manner consistent with Kraft’s security policies.

Supplier shall incorporate any reasonable comments or suggestions of ABM into the Policy and Procedures Manual and shall deliver a final revised version to ABM within fifteen (15) days of its receipt of such final comments and suggestions for ABM’s approval. The Policy and Procedures Manual will be delivered and maintained by Supplier in electronic format and will be accessible electronically to ABM IT management and Authorized Users in a manner consistent with ABM’s security policies and the confidentiality requirements included in this Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, Supplier shall prepare and maintain a single Policy and Procedures Manual for this Master Agreement and all Companion Agreements, rather than a separate Policy and Procedures Manual for each Master Agreement and Companion Agreement.

Following approval of the complete Policy and Procedures Manual, and to the extent not in conflict with the rights and responsibilities set forth in this Agreement or the Schedules, Supplier shall incorporate any additional comments or suggestions of Kraft into the Policy and Procedures Manual and shall deliver a final revised version to Kraft for Kraft’s approval within 30 days of Supplier’s receipt of such comments and suggestions. The Policy and Procedures Manual will be delivered and maintained by Supplier in hard copy and electronic formats and will be accessible electronically to Kraft management and Authorized Users in a manner consistent with Kraft’s security policies.

Service Provider shall incorporate any comments or suggestions of Allegheny into the Policy and Procedures Manual and shall deliver a final revised version to Allegheny for its approval within fifteen (15) days of its receipt of such comments and suggestions. The Policy and Procedures Manual will be delivered and maintained by Service Provider in hard copy and electronic formats and will be accessible electronically to Allegheny management and Authorized Users in a manner consistent with Allegheny’s security policies.

Supplier shall incorporate any comments or suggestions of Triad into the Policy and Procedures Manual and shall deliver a final revised version to Triad within fifteen (15) days of its receipt of such comments and suggestions for Triad’s approval. The Policy and Procedures Manual will be delivered and maintained by Supplier in hard copy and electronic formats and will be accessible electronically to Triad management and Authorized Users in a manner consistent with Triad’s security policies.

Amdocs shall incorporate any reasonable comments or suggestions of SBC into the Policy and Procedures Manual and shall deliver a final revised version to SBC [**] of its receipt of such comments and suggestions for SBC's approval. The Policy and Procedures Manual will be delivered and maintained by Amdocs in hard copy and electronic formats.
Revision and Maintenance. Provider shall incorporate any comments or suggestions of Xxxxxxxx into the Policy and Procedures Manual and shall deliver a final revised version to Xxxxxxxx within thirty (30) days of its receipt of such comments and suggestions for Xxxxxxxx'x approval. The Policy and Procedures Manual will be delivered and maintained by Provider in hard copy and electronic formats and will be accessible electronically via a secure web site to Xxxxxxxx management and End Users in a manner consistent with Xxxxxxxx'x security policies.
Revision and Maintenance. The Policies and Procedures Manual shall be delivered and maintained by Provider and Idearc in an electronic format and shall be accessible electronically to both Parties in a manner consistent with Idearc’s security policies. Provider and Idearc shall periodically modify and update the Policies and Procedures Manual to (i) reflect changes in the operations or procedures described therein, and (ii) to respond to comments provided by the Idearc Program Manager from time to time during the Term.

Vendor shall incorporate any reasonable comments or suggestions of TXUED into the Policy and Procedures Manual and shall deliver a final revised version to TXUED within thirty (30) days of its receipt of such comments and suggestions for TXUED’s approval. The Policy and Procedures Manual will be delivered and maintained by Vendor in hard copy and electronic formats and will be accessible electronically by TXUED Personnel in a manner consistent with TXUED’s security policies.
