Revised Baseline Schedule. Design-Builder shall submit a Revised Baseline Schedule when required in accordance with Exhibit 11.1. Department reserves the right to withhold approval for all or part of Design-Builder’s Applications for Payment until such time Design-Builder furnishes an approved Revised Baseline Schedule.

Revised Baseline Schedule. Design-Builder shall submit and Department shall approve a Revised Baseline Schedule (i) as a condition precedent to Department’s issuance of NTP and (ii) whenever required in accordance with Section 2.3 of the Technical Requirements.   • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A.

  • Budget Schedule Subrecipient agrees that the expenditures of any and all funds under this Contract will be in accordance with the Budget Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment C, and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.

  • Milestone Schedule Please state the status and progress of each Milestone and identify any completed Milestone(s) for the previous calendar quarter.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.
