Review Requirements. The Claimant shall have the opportunity to submit written comments, documents, records, and other information relevant to the Claimant’s claim for benefits. The review shall take into account all such comments, documents, records, and other information submitted by the Claimant, without regard to whether such information was submitted or considered in the initial benefit determination.
Review Requirements. (a) The Parties agree to review during the event that either party believes that a change in circumstances has or will occur that will affect the operation and carrying out of this Agreement.

For promotion to the rank of associate professor and professor and for all tenure recommendations, the chair shall solicit outside letters of reference drawn from a list of scholars and/or professionals. The solicited referees shall include scholars and professionals from those suggested by the faculty member (if they wish to provide names), but the list is not limited to those the faculty member suggests. All materials in the basic file shall be accessible to the faculty member, with the exception of those letters of recommendation to which they have voluntarily waived access.

Review Priority and the provided definitions: • “MANDATORY”: Bidder response must comply with the requirement and the Bidder’s response will be evaluated on a "Pass/Fail" basis. Selecting "Fully Meets" for mandatory requirements will be considered "Pass". All other responses will be considered "Fail". • "MANDATORY SCORED": Bidder response will be evaluated and assigned a score based on how well Xxxxxx’s response meets the requirement. Maximum points possible is 10 points for each requirement. Not meeting any of the requirements will be evaluated as a “Fail”. • “HIGHLY DESIRABLE": Bidder response will be evaluated and assigned a score based on how well Xxxxxx’s response meets the requirement. Maximum points possible is 5 points for each requirement. Highly Desirable Requirements support necessary purchaser operations and the Bidder response is less effective if such requirements are not met. 3. Review Requirements. Without limiting any other provision of this Part 7(a), a Prospective Purchase Contract will meet the “Review Requirements” (as determined by Party A in its good faith discretion) if: (1)(A) the terms of such Prospective Purchase Contract are consistent with (x) the approved terms contained in the drop down menus of the applicable Trade Blotter and (y) the applicable TD Forward Maximum Volume(s), (B) the applicable Counterparty meets the Compliance Requirements, (C) such Prospective Purchase Contract is priced on observable market index prices and fixed grade differentials consistent with then current market practice, (D) such Prospective Purchase Contract is a spot contract (which for purposes of this Agreement shall include any contract where the final delivery under such contract is required to occur no later than the last calendar day of the second calendar month following the calendar month in which such contract is executed), (E) such Prospective Purchase Contract does not require delivery of Crude other than Crude that will be (or is reasonably expected to be) Eligible Crude upon delivery thereof to Party B and (F) such Prospective Purchase Contract would not result in Party B owning Crude on any vessel or barge outside of the territorial waters of the United States or Canada, (2) for purposes of determining whether to approve consummation of such Prospective Purchase Contract as a Party A Purchase Contract or Party B Credit Support Purchase Contract, Party B and the prospective Counterparty have confirmed the terms of such Prospective Purchase Contract (all such confirmations from Party B to come via Trade Blotter and all such prospective Counterparty confirmations to take such form as may be reasonably practicable) and (3) for purposes of determining whether to approve consummation of such Prospective Purchase Contract as a Party A Purchase Contract, such Prospective Purchase Contract satisfies the Basic Party A Purchase Contract Requirements.
