Common use of Review Period Clause in Contracts

Review Period. The Asset Representations Reviewer will complete the Review of all of the Review Receivables within sixty (60) days after having received access to the Review Materials pursuant to Section 3.2(a). However, if additional Review Materials are provided to the Asset Representations Reviewer in respect of any Review Receivables pursuant to Section 3.2(b), the Review period will be extended for an additional thirty (30) days in respect of any such Review Receivables.

Review Period. The Asset Representations Reviewer will complete the Asset Representations Review within 60 days of all of the Review Receivables within sixty (60) days after having received receiving access to the Review Materials pursuant to Section 3.2(a)Materials. However, if additional Additional Review Materials are provided to the Asset Representations Reviewer in respect of any Review Receivables pursuant to Section 3.2(bunder subsection 3.3(c), the Review period will be extended for an additional thirty end on the later of the end of the initial sixty (3060) days in respect day period and the thirtieth (30th) day following receipt of any such the Additional Review ReceivablesMaterials.

The Asset Representations Reviewer will complete the Asset Representations Review of all of the Review Subject Receivables within sixty (60) calendar days after having received receiving access to the Review Materials pursuant to under Section 3.2(a3.3(a). However, if missing or additional Review Materials are provided to the Asset Representations Reviewer in respect of any Review Receivables pursuant to under Section 3.2(b3.3(b), the Review review period will be extended for an additional thirty (30) days in respect of any such calendar days. The Asset Representations Reviewer will complete the Review within [60] days of all of the Review Receivables within sixty (60) days after having received receiving access to the Review Materials pursuant to in accordance with Section 3.2(a3.03 (such time period, the “Review Period”). However; provided, that if additional Review Materials are provided to the Asset Representations Reviewer as described in respect of any Review Receivables pursuant to Section 3.2(b)3.04, the Review period Period will be extended for an additional [thirty (30) )] days in respect of any from the date it receives such additional Review ReceivablesMaterials.

Review Period.
