Review of Program Sample Clauses

The "Review of Program" clause establishes a process for periodically evaluating the progress, effectiveness, or compliance of a particular program or project. Typically, this involves scheduled assessments, reporting requirements, or meetings where stakeholders analyze outcomes and identify areas for improvement. By formalizing these reviews, the clause ensures ongoing oversight and accountability, helping to identify issues early and facilitate continuous improvement throughout the program's duration.
Review of Program. The Management Committee shall review the Program prepared and, if it deems fit, adopt the Program with those modifications, if any, as the Management Committee deems necessary. The Operator shall be entitled to an allowance for a cost overrun of 10% in addition to any budgeted Costs and any Costs so incurred shall be deemed to be included in the Program, as adopted.
Review of Program. This Policy will be reviewed bi-annually to determine its effectiveness, to implement needed changes and to ensure that disciplinary actions are consistently enforced.
