Review of Non-Permanent Labour. If the redundancy of a position is not likely then non-permanent labour may be used on an interim basis (must action replacement process within 6 weeks). If position is likely to be redundant the vacancy is filled by non-permanent labour and reviewed in 6 months. At this review if restructuring outcome is uncertain initiate permanent replacement process. All other coverage will be reviewed six monthly.
