Common use of Review of Custodial Files Clause in Contracts

Review of Custodial Files. (a) The Custodian agrees, for the benefit of the Certificate Insurer and the Owners of the Certificates, to review, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.3(b) hereof each Custodial File. If in performing the review required by this Section 2.3 the Custodian finds any document or documents constituting a part of a Custodial File to be missing or defective in any material respect, the Custodian shall promptly so notify the Company, the Servicer, the Trustee and the Certificate Insurer.
