Review of Commitments. 1. The Parties shall review commitments on trade in services within five years from the date of entry into force of thisAgreement, with the aim of improving the overall level ofcommitments undertaken by the Parties under this Chapter. 2. In reviewing their commitments pursuant to paragraph 1, the Parties shall take into account the principles in paragraph 1 of Article IV and paragraph 2 of Article XIX of the GATS.
