Review of Commitments. The Parties shall consult within three years after entry into force of this Agreement or as otherwise agreed, regarding inclusion of new services sectors and sub-sectors, and progress made on paragraph 4 of Article 77, with a view to progressive liberalisation of the trade in services between them on a mutually advantageous basis.
