Review Fees. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord, upon demand, for any fees reasonably incurred by Landlord for review of the Plans by Landlord’s third party consultants (“Review Fees”).
Review Fees. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for its reasonable costs incurred in connection with Landlord’s review and approval of the Construction Drawings, not to exceed $50,000.00; provided, however such cost limitation shall not apply to any reasonable third party consultant costs incurred by Landlord with any work that may affect the Building structure or adversely affect the Building Systems.
Review Fees. The Parties acknowledge that both County and City typically charge developers within their respective zoning and platting jurisdictions a standard fee of one percent (1%) of the construction cost of an applicable public improvement (“Review Fee”) to cover engineering, legal, and other miscellaneous expenses incurred by the Parties in connection with the review of said public improvement when Developer is the applicable Lead Agency. In the event that either County or City is the Lead Agency for an applicable public improvement related to the Project, however, the Parties agree that the Review Fee shall not be charged by the Party reviewing said applicable public improvement related to the Project.
Review Fees. At the time of submitting the preliminary plat, final plat or Comprehensive Development Plan, the subdivider shall pay the applicable review fees as periodically established by Village Board resolution.
Review Fees. Upon Assignor’s execution and delivery of this Consent, Assignor shall pay to Landlord the sum of $1,250.00 in consideration for Landlord’s review of the Assignment Agreement and preparation of this Consent.
Review Fees. Borrower agrees to pay DFS an administration and review fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per review, not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per year, in connection with DFS' administration of this facility and the reviews, inspections or examinations made by DFS as described in SECTION 9.1.15
Review Fees. Borrower agrees to pay Administrative Agent for its sole benefit an administration and review fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per review, not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in the aggregate per calendar year, in connection with Administrative Agent's' administration of this facility and the reviews, inspections or examinations made by Administrative Agent as described in Section 9.1.15 hereof. Such fee shall be payable monthly in arrears and due pursuant to the applicable monthly billing statement. Borrower agrees that such fee is not interest but rather reimburses Administrative Agent for its out-of-pocket and allocated overhead expenses incurred in conducting such audits, reviews and examinations.
Review Fees. Whether or not Landlord consents to any proposed Transfer, Tenant shall, upon demand reimburse Landlord, as Additional Rent, for all reasonable attorneys’ fees and administrative costs and expenses incurred by Landlord, not to exceed $5,000.00, in connection with any proposed Transfer so long as Tenant and its proposed transferee shall only make minimal comments to Landlord’s standard consent document.
Review Fees. Submission Fee: $100 ~ due at time of submission First Review: $35 per hour ~ first round of review which will include editing as necessary to be fully compliant with NHA copyright material. Edit Implementation Review: $25 per hour ~ this round of review is preformed after the author has incorporated the suggested edits to ensure that the CSF suggested editing is properly implemented. Post-Publisher Editing Review: $25 per hour ~ Once you have submitted your project to the publisher, they may require further editing. If a significant amount of editing is required that may interfere with the fidelity to NHA, please re-submit to CSF for review. In most cases this will not be necessary. But please use conservative judgment to determine if it is necessary to re-submit to CSF.
Review Fees. Section 3.7.1.3 of the Agreement is amended by deleting the first sentence thereof and substituting the following as if originally set forth therein: "Borrower shall pay Administrative Agent, for its sole benefit, a review fee equal to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) per calendar quarter plus Administrative Agent's actual out-of-pocket costs and expenses associated with audits, examinations and other reviews conducted by Administrative Agent."
