Review Committees. A Faculty member shall not participate in the discussion and vote with respect to a candidate to whom the Faculty member is related, as defined by the SIUC Nepotism Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Board policies or operating papers, the following provisions shall be applicable to both the promotion and tenure process:
