Review and Monitoring. 73. The participants in the talks are very conscious that the integrity and credibility of this Agreement is dependent on its effective and expeditious implementation. Accordingly, progress in implementing the provisions of this Agreement must be actively reviewed and monitored.

Review and Monitoring. The Service Provider and Customer will hold, when deemed necessary by either party, review meetings which ensure that the services specified are being maintained, and if necessary, to identify any changes needed. The Service Provider will maintain a system for the purpose of monitoring the level and standards of service provided to the Customer and will provide feedback if requested.

All amendments to the school E-safeguarding Policy will be discussed in detail with all members of staff.
Review and Monitoring. A. DDOT shall submit an Annual Report to ACHP, FHWA and SHPO by November 1st the year the Agreement becomes effective and annually thereafter on or before November 1st. At a minimum, the Annual Report shall include summary information on projects that qualified for streamlined review, an assessment of the effectiveness of the Agreement, a description of any concerns with the Agreement, and any recommendations for revisions to the Agreement. ACHP, FHWA, and SHPO will review the Annual Report and provide comments to DDOT and the other Signatories within thirty (30) days of receipt. If requested by any Signatory to this Agreement, DDOT will invite the other Signatories to a meeting to discuss and resolve any issues resulting from the review of the Annual Report.
Review and Monitoring. 12.1 Each party shall nominate an Authorised Representative who will have authority to act on its behalf and contractually bind it in respect of all matters relating to the performance of this Agreement. The first Authorised Representatives are listed in Schedule 4. The Authorised Representatives will co-ordinate and manage the provision of the Services and work with each other to address any problems that arise in connection with the Services (including by signing Change Control Notes).

The report will include summary information on projects processed under this Agreement. The report will also include all forms and documents prepared for all NEPA actions for the Federal Aid Program. Further, the report will include an assessment of the effectiveness of this Agreement, discuss concerns, if any, with the Agreement, and include recommendations for any proposed changes. This report may also identify any changes to the Environmental Forms (Form I, XX-0 Xxxx, XX-0 document). FHWA and DDOT may change, revise, or update these forms at that time without amending this PA. The report shall be provided to the FHWA by November 1, 2011 and annually thereafter on or before November 1. FHWA will provide any review comments on the Annual Report, including recommendations for modifications to the Agreement, to DDOT within 30 days of receipt of the report. FHWA shall monitor activities carried out pursuant to this Agreement. In compliance with its responsibilities under NEPA, and as a condition of its award to DDOT of any assistance under the Federal-Aid Highway Program, FHWA shall ensure that DDOT carries out the requirements of this Agreement. FHWA will make periodic reviews of the DDOTs procedures and documentation to ensure that all potential environmental impacts are being considered and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, executive orders, etc., is being properly documented.

Review and Monitoring. ‌ The ARC may at any time conduct ad hoc on-site reviews to ensure that the terms of this Agreement are being, or were, met and that reports submitted to the ARC are an accurate statement of compliance by the Administering Organisation. Persons nominated by the ARC to conduct these reviews are to be given full access by the Administering Organisation, if required, to all accounts, records, documents and premises in relation to the Grant funding and the administration of the Grant in general. The Administering Organisation is responsible for monitoring the expenditure of the Grant and certifying to the ARC that the Grant funding has been expended in accordance with this Agreement in the End of Year Report. If at any time, in the opinion of the Responsible Officer, the Grant funding is not being expended in accordance with this Agreement, the Administering Organisation must take all action necessary to minimise further expenditure in relation to the Project and inform the ARC immediately. The Administering Organisation must: provide information to the ARC, or a person nominated by the ARC, as reasonably required by the ARC; comply with all reasonable requests, directions, or monitoring requirements received from the ARC; and cooperate with and assist the ARC in any review or other evaluation that the ARC undertakes.
