Reverted Products. All Fibrocell Products other than the Retained Products shall be referred to herein as the “Reverted Products.” Fibrocell shall immediately cease, and shall cause its Affiliates and, if applicable, (sub)licensees to immediately cease, all development and Commercialization of the Reverted Products, and Fibrocell shall not use or practice, nor shall it cause or permit any of its Affiliates or, if applicable, (sub)licensees to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP with respect to the Reverted Products. Fibrocell shall immediately discontinue making any representation regarding its status as a licensee or channel collaborator of Intrexon with respect to the Reverted Products. Portions herein identified by [*****] have been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment under Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Reverted Products. All Oragenics Products other than the Retained Products shall be referred to herein as the “Reverted Products.” Oragenics shall immediately cease, and shall cause its Affiliates and, if applicable, (sub)licensees to immediately cease, all development and Commercialization of the Reverted Products, and Oragenics shall not use or practice, nor shall it cause or permit any of its Affiliates or, if applicable, (sub)licensees to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP with respect to the Reverted Products. Oragenics shall immediately discontinue making any representation regarding its status as a licensee or channel collaborator of Intrexon with respect to the Reverted Products.
Reverted Products. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including Section 6.1.1 above), with respect to each Terminated Compound Biogen Idec hereby grants to Sunesis a worldwide, exclusive license under Biogen Idec’s interest in the Biogen Idec Collaboration Technology, Joint Collaboration Technology and other intellectual property rights in existence and owned or controlled by Biogen Idec as of the date such Collaboration Compound becomes a Terminated Compound (“Other Biogen Idec Technology”), with the right to grant and authorize sublicenses as provided in Section 6.5, to research, develop, make, have made, use, import, offer for sale, sell and otherwise exploit such Terminated Compound, alone or as incorporated into a Reverted Product. It is understood and acknowledged that the licenses granted with respect to Biogen Idec Collaboration Technology and Other Biogen Idec Technology in this Section 6.2.4 extend solely to that technology that is being used on that Terminated Compound (or a Reverted Product incorporating such Terminated Compound) as of the date of such reversion to Sunesis, and solely to the extent necessary for Sunesis to continue development and commercialization of such Terminated Compound (or a Reverted Product incorporating such Terminated Compound) in the form in which such Terminated Compound or Reverted Product exist as of the date of such reversion to Sunesis.
Reverted Products. All ZIOPHARM Products other than the Retained Products shall be referred to herein as the “Reverted Products.” ZIOPHARM shall immediately cease, and shall cause its Affiliates and, if applicable, (sub)licensees to immediately cease, all development and commercialization of the Reverted Products, and ZIOPHARM shall not use or practice, nor shall it cause or permit any of its Affiliates or, if applicable, (sub)licensees to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP with respect to the Reverted Products. ZIOPHARM shall immediately discontinue making any representation regarding its status as a licensee or channel partner of Intrexon with respect to the Reverted Products.
Reverted Products. All Ampliphi Products other than the Retained Products shall be referred to herein as the “Reverted Products.” Ampliphi shall immediately cease, and shall cause its Affiliates and, if applicable, (sub)licensees to immediately cease, all development and Commercialization of the Reverted Products, and Ampliphi shall not use or practice, nor shall it cause or permit any of its Affiliates or, if applicable, (sub)licensees to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP with respect to the Reverted Products. Ampliphi shall immediately discontinue making any representation regarding its status as a licensee or channel collaborator of Intrexon with respect to the Reverted Products.
Reverted Products. All AquaBounty Products other than the Retained Products shall be referred to herein as the “Reverted Products.” AquaBounty shall immediately cease, and shall cause its Affiliates and, if applicable, (sub)licensees to immediately cease, all development and Commercialization of the Reverted Products, and AquaBounty shall not use or practice, nor shall it cause or permit any of its Affiliates or, if applicable, (sub)licensees to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP with respect to the Reverted Products. AquaBounty shall immediately discontinue making any representation regarding its status as a licensee or channel collaborator of Intrexon with respect to the Reverted Products.
Reverted Products. All Synthetic Products other than the Retained Products shall be referred to herein as the “Reverted Products.” Synthetic shall immediately cease, and shall cause its Affiliates and, if applicable, (sub)licensees to immediately cease, all development and Commercialization of the Reverted Products, and Synthetic shall not use or practice, nor shall it cause or permit any of its Affiliates or, if applicable, (sub)licensees to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP with respect to the Reverted Products. Synthetic shall immediately discontinue making any representation regarding its status as a licensee or channel collaborator of Intrexon with respect to the Reverted Products.
Reverted Products. All Licensed Products, that are not selected by Elanco following expiration or termination as Retained Products, directed to such terminated Target(s) shall be referred to herein as the “Reverted Products.” Elanco shall immediately cease, and shall cause its Affiliates and, if applicable, (sub)licensees to immediately cease, all development and commercialization of the Reverted Products, and Elanco shall not use or practice, nor shall it cause or permit any of its Affiliates or, if applicable, (sub)licensees to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP with respect to the Reverted Products. Elanco shall immediately discontinue making any representation regarding its status as a licensee or channel collaborator of Intrexon with respect to the Reverted Products.
Reverted Products. All Assets and Products shall thereafter be deemed to be "Reverted Products" and shall become the sole property of Seller.
Reverted Products. All Adeona Products other than the Retained Products shall be referred to herein as the “Reverted Products.” Adeona shall immediately cease, and shall cause its Affiliates and, if applicable, (sub)licensees to immediately cease, all development and commercialization of the Reverted Products, and Adeona shall not use or practice, nor shall it cause or permit any of its Affiliates or, if applicable, (sub)licensees to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP with respect to the Reverted Products. Adeona shall immediately discontinue making any representation regarding its status as a licensee or channel collaborator of Intrexon with respect to the Reverted Products.
