Revenue Share. a. HP agrees to pay Vendor fixed, fully paid revenue share fees based on the pricing/discounting established for the Approved Vendor Product and listed on the HP Command Center Service Catalogue, for sales of the Transacted Approved Vendor Product (“Revenue Share Fee”), payable in accordance with the Payment section below. Payment will be in U.S. currency.
