In the event Tenant sublets or licenses space on the Communication Facility to a third party collocator (“Collocator”), Tenant shall remit thirty percent (30%) of the rent or license fees collected by Tenant from such Collocator (the “Collocator Rent”) to Landlord (the “Landlord’s Revenue Share”).
