Returns Required by Law. The Manager shall execute and file when due all forms, reports, and returns required by law relating to the employment of its personnel.
Returns Required by Law. Manager shall exercise diligent, good faith efforts to execute and file punctually when due all forms, reports and returns required by law relating to the employment of personnel and to the operation of the Project.
Returns Required by Law. Manager shall exercise reasonable efforts to execute and timely file, in accordance with Legal Requirements, all forms, reports and returns relating to the employment of personnel and to the operation of the Project. Except for a willful failure or refusal to make any such required filing within a reasonable time after learning of such requirement therefor, Manager shall not be in default hereunder for failure to make any required filing. The foregoing requirement shall not apply to any forms, reports or returns required to be filed by Owner which do not relate to the Project, which filings shall be the sole responsibility of Owner.
Returns Required by Law. Property Manager shall execute and file punctually when due all forms, reports and returns required by law relating to the employment of personnel and to the management or operation of the Properties.
Returns Required by Law. Except when same are legally required to be filed by the Venture, Manager shall execute and file punctually, when due, all forms, reports, and returns required by law relating to the employment of personnel and the operation of the Premises.

Returns Required by Law. Except when same are legally required to be filed by Owner, Manager shall execute and file punctually, when due, all forms, reports, and returns required by law relating to the employment of personnel and the operation of the commercial portion of the Premises, including all property, franchise and other tax returns. If directed in writing by Owner, all of such tax returns shall be reviewed by Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx or such other firm of independent accountants as shall be designated by Owner. Returns shall be furnished to Owner in sufficient time that they may be reviewed by Owner and filed without the necessity for extensions of time for filing.
Returns Required by Law. Manager shall prepare and timely file all forms, reports and returns required by law relating to the operation of Manager as an entity. Manager will prepare and timely file all forms, reports and returns required by law relating to Owner and the Project where Owner in writing specifically requests Manager to do so. Manager shall prepare and maintain all forms, ledgers and reports which are necessary to prepare and file or are required by law in connection with the preparation and filing, of all forms, reports and returns relating to Owner and the Project.
Returns Required by Law. Manager shall execute and file punctually when due, all forms, reports and returns required by law relating to personnel employed by Manager for the maintenance and operation of the Property.
