Returns and Adjustments. (i) All disputes between RX Technology and any customer respecting any check transaction hereunder shall be settled between RX Technology and such customer. RX Technology agrees that in the event of a dispute, RX Technology shall reasonably address the customer's concern in a good faith manner.
