Returning to the District. Any employee with previous teaching experience in the Muscatine School District may, upon returning to the system, receive credit on the salary schedule for all outside teaching experience, military experience, or alternative civilian service required by the Selective Service System, Peace Corps, VISTA, or National Teacher Training Corps work and appropriate business or industrial experience up to the maximum set forth in Schedule D.

Returning to the District. Any employee with previous teaching experience in the Independence Community School District shall upon returning to the system receive full credit on the salary schedule for outside teaching experience and teaching experience within the Independence Community School District according to the provisions of Paragraph 2, provided, however, that total credit for teaching experience both within and without the Independence Community School District shall not exceed eight (8) years.
Returning to the District. A member with previous teaching experience in the Upper Freehold Regional School District shall upon returning to the system receive full credit on the salary schedule for all outside teaching experience, military experience or alternative civilian service required by the Selective Service System, Peace Corp., VISTA or National Teacher Training Corps, work and time spend on a Fulbright Scholarship up to a maximum of four (4) years except as mandated by law. Such members who have not been engaged in other teaching or the other activities indicated above shall upon returning to the system, be restored to the salary schedule at that step which they left.
Returning to the District. Any certified employee with previous teaching experience in the Pleasantville School District shall upon returning to the system; receive full credit on the salary schedule for all outside teaching experience, military experience or alternative civilian service required by the Selective Service, Peace Corps, VISTA or National Teacher Training Corps work and time spent on a Fulbright Scholarship up to the maximum set forth in Article 6. Section C-1. Such certified employee who have not been engaged in other teaching or the other activities indicated above shall, upon returning to the system, be restored to the next position on the salary schedule above that at which they left.
Returning to the District. A unit member with previous experience in the Cumberland County Vocational School District may, upon returning to the system, receive full credit on the Salary Schedule for all outside job experience and military experience in accordance with the provisions of Schedule "A".
Returning to the District. A teacher with previous teaching experience in the Beach Haven School District shall return to the next step up from the previously held step in that district's school system as set forth in section B above.
Returning to the District. An employee with previous experience in the Longport/Corbin City/Atlantic County Special Services School District Board of Education, who has resigned and who subsequently seeks re-employment with Atlantic County Special Services School District may be credited for all prior active experience including creditable military experience or alternative civilian service required by the Selecting Service System, Peace Corps, Vista, National Training Corps or Fulbright Scholarship. Such credit shall be at the sole prerogative of the Board.

With respect to tender or exchange offers, the Custodian shall transmit promptly to the Fund written information with respect to materials so received by the Custodian from issuers of the foreign securities whose tender or exchange is sought or from the party (or its agents) making the tender or exchange offer. The Custodian shall not be liable for any untimely exercise of any tender, exchange or other right or power in connection with foreign securities or other property of the Portfolios at any time held by it unless (i) the Custodian or the respective Foreign Sub-Custodian is in actual possession of such foreign securities or property and (ii) the Custodian receives Proper Instructions with regard to the exercise of any such right or power, and both (i) and (ii) occur at least three business days prior to the date on which the Custodian is to take action to exercise such right or power.

  • Reporting to Work Employees shall be at their work sites, report-in location or headquarters location by their shift starting time. A Park Officer’s report-in location shall be one assigned park. Any employee who must begin work at some location other than his/her actual work location or headquarter county or any Park Officer who must begin work at some other location other than his/her assigned park shall be compensated according to current Department/Agency practices. Within the Department of Natural Resources Division of Watercraft, remote office locations may be authorized by Watercraft management. The Division reserves the right to designate the remote office location and will provide the equipment needed to perform authorized duties from this location. Employees in the Department of Commerce, classified as Liquor Compliance Officers, will have their residence as a starting work site. The report-in location of employees assigned to the Enforcement Unit at the Department of Public Safety, shall be twenty (20) miles from their home or the location at which they join their partner whichever is less. Employees who are on authorized travel expenses, greater than forty- five (45) miles from their home, have the option to commute. Employees who wish to commute rather than claim travel expenses may request to commute by use of a Request for Waiver of Travel Expenses form.   • Certain Matters Relating to the Determination of LIBOR LIBOR shall be calculated by the Securities Administrator in accordance with the definition of LIBOR. Until all of the LIBOR Certificates are paid in full, the Securities Administrator will at all times retain at least four Reference Banks for the purpose of determining LIBOR with respect to each LIBOR Determination Date. The Securities Administrator initially shall designate the Reference Banks (after consultation with the Depositor). Each “Reference Bank” shall be a leading bank engaged in transactions in Eurodollar deposits in the international Eurocurrency market, shall not control, be controlled by, or be under common control with, the Securities Administrator and shall have an established place of business in London. If any such Reference Bank should be unwilling or unable to act as such or if the Securities Administrator should terminate its appointment as Reference Bank, the Securities Administrator shall promptly appoint or cause to be appointed another Reference Bank (after consultation with the Depositor). The Securities Administrator shall have no liability or responsibility to any Person for (i) the selection of any Reference Bank for purposes of determining LIBOR or (ii) any inability to retain at least four Reference Banks which is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Interest Rate for each Class of LIBOR Certificates for each Interest Accrual Period shall be determined by the Securities Administrator on each LIBOR Determination Date so long as the LIBOR Certificates are outstanding on the basis of LIBOR and the respective formulae appearing in footnotes corresponding to the LIBOR Certificates in the table relating to the Certificates in the Preliminary Statement. The Securities Administrator shall not have any liability or responsibility to any Person for its inability, following a good-faith reasonable effort, to obtain quotations from the Reference Banks or to determine the arithmetic mean referred to in the definition of LIBOR, all as provided for in this Section 4.04 and the definition of LIBOR. The establishment of LIBOR and each Interest Rate for the LIBOR Certificates by the Securities Administrator shall (in the absence of manifest error) be final, conclusive and binding upon each Holder of a Certificate and the Trustee.
