Returning to Previous Job. If at any time within the first ninety (90) days, the employer determines that the employee is unable to perform satisfactorily, such employee may be returned to his/her former position including shift, assignment and scheduled hours without loss of seniority, provided his/her former position is still available. If the employee’s position is not available, the employee will be returned to a comparable position in the same department and job title, if available.
