Common use of Return To Work From WCB Clause in Contracts

Return To Work From WCB. (a) It is agreed that employees on compensable injury will return to active employment as soon as possible. Such employees must be able to achieve and maintain the normal level of productivity of the pre-injury job or any other suitable vacant position for which such employees have the necessary skills to perform, medically able to perform and which does not pose a health and safety hazard to the employee or any co-worker.
