Return to work afterhours. Employees who are called back to work (after ceasing work and leaving the workplace) will be paid a minimum of 3 hours. The exception to this is when the employee is required to return to work more than once within the same 3-hour period, in such instances a minimum total of three hours will be paid. This entitlement does not apply to employee who receive the ‘On-Call Allowance”. For clarity, travel time is included under this provision.
