Common use of Return or Destroy Clause in Contracts

Return or Destroy. Subject to paragraph 3.4 below, within thirty (30) days of the termi- nation of this Agreement, Business Associate agrees to return to Covered Entity or ▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇ the PHI in its possession and retain no copies (which for purposes of this Agree- ment shall mean destruction of all backup tapes or other media).
