Return of Security Cover Sample Clauses

Return of Security Cover. Upon termination of this Agreement , the DISCO shall, once it is satisfied that the Competitive Supplier has no remaining financial obligations or liabilities under this Agreement, return to the Competitive Supplier all Security Cover held by the DISCO in respect of such obligations no later than [30] Business Days after such termination or upon completion of all remaining financial obligations or liabilities that occurred before the date of termination.
