Return of Property. Upon termination of his employment with the Company, or at any time the Company may so request, the Executive will promptly deliver to Company all memoranda, notes, records, reports, manuals, drawings, blueprints and other documents (and all copies thereof) relating to the business of the Company and its affiliates and all property associated therewith, which he may then possess or have under this control.

Return of Property.
