Return of Property of Employer. The Employee further agrees to return to the Corporation all tangible personal property which belongs to the Corporation which is in his possession or under his control, including without limitation any and all cellular telephones, personal computers, personal digital assistants, printers, facsimile machines, product samples, materials, literature, files and records, etc., and to do so within five (5) business days after the Termination Date. The Employee represents and warrants that the property so returned is the only property belonging to the Corporation which is in his possession or under his control, and that he has not retained any property which belongs to the Corporation.
