Common use of Return of Information Clause in Contracts

Return of Information. If for any reason whatsoever the transactions contemplated by this Agreement are not consummated, Purchaser shall promptly return to Seller all books and records furnished by Seller, any of its Affiliates or any of their respective agents, employees, or representatives (including all copies, summaries and abstracts, if any, thereof) in accordance with the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement.

Return of Information. If for any reason whatsoever the transactions contemplated by this Agreement are not consummated, Purchaser shall promptly return to Seller Sellers all books and records furnished by SellerSellers, any of its Affiliates Conveyed Entity or any of their respective Affiliates, agents, employees, or representatives (including all copies, summaries and abstracts, if any, thereof) in accordance with the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement.

Return of Information. (a) If for any reason whatsoever the transactions contemplated by this Agreement are not consummated, Purchaser shall promptly return to Seller the Books and Records and all books data room contents and records other written information related to the Business and all copies or summaries thereof furnished by Seller, any of its Affiliates the Business or any of their respective agents, employees, or representatives (including all copies, summaries and abstracts, if any, thereof) ), and shall not use or disclose the information contained in accordance with the terms of the Confidentiality Agreementsuch books and records or other documents for any purpose or make such information available to any other entity or person.
