Common use of Return of Documents Clause in Contracts

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of the property of the Company and its Affiliates and the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and its Affiliates, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

Return of Documents. In the event of the Executive’s termination of Executive's employment hereunder for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company (and will not keep in Executive’s possession, recreate, or deliver to anyone else) or destroy, at Executive’s sole option, any and all of the Confidential Information and all other documents, materials, information, and property of otherwise belonging to the Company and its Affiliates and the non-Group; provided, that Executive shall be entitled to retain his personal documents and data of contacts, digital or physical rolodex and/or any nature and other personal property he may keep in whatever medium of each of the Company and its Affiliates, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Informationhis office.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Executive's ’s employment for any reason, Executive shall will deliver to the Company all of the property of the Company and its Affiliates and the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium pertaining to Executive’s employment with the Company, or any of each of the Company and its Affiliates, subsidiaries or affiliates and he shall will not take with him any such property, documents or data of any description or any reproduction thereof, including summaries or notes regarding same, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Proprietary Information.

In the event of the termination of Executive's ’s employment following the Execution Date for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of (a) the property of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, and its Affiliates and the (b) non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and or any of its Affiliatessubsidiaries, and he Executive shall not take with him Executive any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

Executive may retain Executive’s rolodex and similar address books provided that such items only include contact information.

In the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of (i) the property of each of the Company and its Affiliates Subsidiaries; and (ii) the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and its Affiliatesrespective Subsidiaries, and he Executive shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

In the event of the termination of Executive's ’s employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company (a) all of the property of the Company and its Affiliates affiliates then in Executive’s possession, and the non-personal (b) all documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and its Affiliatesaffiliates, and he Executive shall not take with him Executive any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of (a) the property of each of Holding, the Company and its or any of their respective Affiliates and (b) the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of Holding, the Company and its or any of their respective Affiliates, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Executive's ’s employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of (a) the property of the Company and its Affiliates any Affiliate and (b) the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and its Affiliatesany Affiliate, and he Executive shall not take with him Executive any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential InformationInformation other than those documents to which he is legally entitled, including, as the case may be, the Executive’s personnel file.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall will deliver to the Company all of the property of the Company and its Affiliates and the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of pertaining to his work with the Company and its Affiliatesaffiliates (except for documents relating to Executive's employment, benefits, taxes and other personal matters), and he shall will not take with him any such property, documents or data of any description or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Proprietary Information.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of ------------------- Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company Employer all of (a) the property of each of Parent, Employer and their respective Affiliates - and (b) the Company and its Affiliates and the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company - Parent, Employer and its their respective Affiliates, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

In the event of the termination of ------------------- Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company Employer all of (a) the property of the Company each of Employer and its Affiliates and (b) the non-non- personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company Employer and its Affiliates, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

In the event of the termination of Executive's ’s employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of (a) the property of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, and its Affiliates and the (b) non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, in each case within his possession and its Affiliatescontrol, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

In the event of the termination of Executive's ’s employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of (a) the property of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, and its Affiliates and the (b) non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and or any of its Affiliatessubsidiaries, and he she shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

In the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company Employer all of (i) the property of the Company each of Employer and its Affiliates subsidiaries and (ii) the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company Employer and its Affiliatessubsidiaries, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

In the event of the termination of Executive's ’s employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of (i) the property of the Company Company, and its Affiliates and (ii) the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and its AffiliatesCompany, and he Executive shall not take with him his any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information, as set forth in more detail under Section 5 of the Confidentiality Agreement.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Executive's ’s employment for any reason or Executive’s resignation or employment separation for any reason, Executive shall will deliver to the Company all of the property of the Company and its Affiliates and the non-personal documents and data of any nature nature, and in whatever medium of each of medium, concerning Executive’s employment with the Company and or any of its Affiliates, and he shall subsidiaries or affiliates. Executive agrees that she will not take with him her any such Company property, documents documents, or data of any description or any reproduction thereof, including summaries or notes regarding same, or any documents containing or pertaining relating to any Company proprietary or Confidential Information.

In the event of the termination of Executive's ’s employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of (a) the property of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, and its Affiliates and the (b) non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and or any of its Affiliatessubsidiaries, and he shall not take with him his any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

In Promptly following the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reasonTermination Date, Executive shall deliver to the Company (i) all of the property of the Company and any of its Affiliates affiliates then in Executive’s possession; and the non-personal (ii) all documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and any of its Affiliatesaffiliates, and he Executive shall not take with him Executive any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

In the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reasonemployment, Executive shall deliver to the Company (a) all of the property of the Company Group then in Executive's possession; and its Affiliates and the non-personal (b) all documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and its AffiliatesGroup, and he Executive shall not take with him Executive any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

In the event of the termination of Executive's ’s employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company Employer all of (a) the property of the Company and each of Employer or any of its Affiliates and (b) the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and Employer or any of its Affiliates, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of (i) the property of the Company and its Affiliates any other member of the Company Group and (ii) the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each the Company and any other member of the Company and its AffiliatesGroup, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data data, or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential InformationInformation other than any documents or data needed to complete his tax returns or which related to his benefits under the Company's benefit and incentive plans.

Return of Documents. In Promptly following the event of Termination Date, the termination of Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company (i) all of the property of the Company and any of its Affiliates affiliates then in the Executive’s possession; and the non-personal (ii) all documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and any of its Affiliatesaffiliates, and he the Executive shall not take with him the Executive any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

In the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall will, deliver to the Company all of the property of the Company and its Affiliates and the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of pertaining to his work with the Company and its Affiliatesaffiliates, except for documents relating to Executive's employment, benefits, taxes and other personal matters), and he shall will not take with him any such property, documents or data of any description or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Proprietary Information.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company Employer all of (a) the property -of each of the Company Parent, Employer and its their respective Affiliates and (b) the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company Parent, Employer and its their respective Affiliates, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reason’s employment, Executive shall promptly deliver to the Company (i) all of the property of the Company Group then in Executive’s possession; and its Affiliates and the non-personal (ii) all documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and its AffiliatesGroup, and he Executive shall not take with him Executive any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.. Return of Documents. In the event of the Executive’s termination of Executive's employment hereunder for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company (and will not keep in his possession, recreate, or deliver to anyone else) any and all of the Confidential Information and all other documents, materials, information reduced to physical form, and property of developed by Executive pursuant to his employment hereunder or otherwise belonging to the Company and its Affiliates and the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and its Affiliates, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential InformationGroup.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Executive's ’s employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of (a) the property of each of the Company Company, OpCo and its their Affiliates and (b) the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company Company, OpCo and its their Affiliates, and he Executive shall not take with him Executive any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential InformationInformation other than those documents to which he is legally entitled, including, as the case may be, the Executive’s personnel file.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of the Executive's employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries for any reason, the Executive shall will deliver to the Company all of the property of the Company and its Affiliates and the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of pertaining to his work with the Company and its AffiliatesSubsidiaries, and he shall the Executive will not take with him him/her any such property, documents or data of any description or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Proprietary Information.
