Return from Sick Leave. Upon return from sick leave an employee may be required by his/her department head to report for an examination by a City selected medical examiner to determine his/her fitness for duty.
Return from Sick Leave. (1) Immediately upon return to work, the Unit Member shall report the absence in accordance with established procedures.

Return from Sick Leave. Employees returning from paid sick leave shall be returned to their jobs, and any Employee sent home after such return on the grounds that his/her position has been filled shall be paid his/her regular pay for the time lost; provided, however, for absence of one

In the event that an employee has been selected to such a posting, then he shall be precluded from applying for any other posting for a period of twelve (12) calendar months and he shall be given a reasonable trial period not exceeding sixty (60)days worked, provided however, if at any time during such trial period the employee does not, in the judgement of the Company, demonstrate the required skill and ability to do the job concerned, the Company will make every reasonable effort to transfer the employee hack to his previous or similar job classification.
Return from Sick Leave. An employee who has booked off on sick leave will not be denied his right to return to his previous job immediately upon his recovery, provided such job is still in existence and his seniority permits. Such employee shall notify a management person, or the Office Administrator, of his intention to return no later than noon on the shift prior to his return to work.
