Retroactive wage payments. The parties elect not to be bound by the required frequency of wage payment provision of 109.03, Wisconsin State Statutes, in respect to retroactive wages payable under the terms of this Agreement. Retroactive wage payments under the terms of this Agreement shall be paid no later than 60 days from the execution date of the City/Union labor agreement. For purposes of this provision, the execution of this Agreement shall be defined as the date the resolution approving this Agreement has been approved by the Mayor.

Retroactive wage payments. The parties to this Agreement elect not to be bound by the required frequency of wage payment provisions of §109.03 (1) (a), Stats., in respect to retroactive wages payable under the terms of this Agreement. Retroactive wage payments under the terms of this Agreement shall be paid no later than sixty days from the execution of this Agreement.
Retroactive wage payments. Wage payments shall be retroactive as indicated in this agreement. All retroactive wage payments shall be reduced by the amount of the adjustment of health insurance premium share retroactive to October 1, 2011 and the value of 9 days of deficit reduction leave, or the amount credited to an employee. The 9 days of deficit reduction leave shall reflect five days of deficit reduction leave for fiscal year 2011-2012 and four days of deficit reduction leave for fiscal year 2012-2013. Reductions in retroactive wages will be computed on an individual employee basis. If there are insufficient retroactive wages to pay for all Deficit Reduction Leave days, regular bi- weekly paychecks will be reduced by the value of the Deficit Reduction Leave days, in equivalent amounts, over the pay periods then remaining through March 31, 2013. For those employees with insufficient retro pay to cover retroactive health insurance premium, in accordance with the Department of Civil Service administrative procedures, $100 will be deducted from employee paychecks until the full retroactive premium is paid. *Such increases shall become effective the payroll period nearest to the stated date, as provided in New York State Finance Law Section 44(8).

Retroactive wage payments under the terms of this agreement shall be paid no later than 60 days from the execution date of this City/Union labor agreement.   • Retroactive Pay All employees shall receive full retroactive pay to May 21, 2021 for all hours worked and/or paid. Retroactive pay shall be paid to all employees within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of Union ratification of this Agreement. Retroactive pay will be issued to each employee in the bargaining unit on paycheques that are separate and apart from the employee's normal earnings.

  • Overtime Payments (1) Subject to the provisions of this subclause, all work performed outside of the Ordinary Hours and time worked to accrue an RDO on any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.

  • Recoupment of Wage and Benefit Overpayments (a) In the event that an employee receives wages or benefits from the Agency to which the employee is not entitled, regardless of whether the employee knew or should have known of the overpayment, the Agency shall notify the employee in writing of the overpayment which will include information supporting that an overpayment exists and the amount of wages and/or benefits to be repaid.

  • Overtime Premium Pay Time and one-half (1 1/2) the employee's straight time rate of pay shall be paid for all hours actually worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one workweek.

  • Salary Payments For payroll purposes, the work week shall be defined as Monday through Sunday. In any school year, the dollar amounts on the first and last paychecks of the year may vary.

  • Retroactivity Except as expressly noted, all the terms and conditions shall be effective from the date of receipt of written notice of ratification or release of award. Provisions which are expressly made retroactive shall apply to all employees in the bargaining unit on or after the date specified. Retroactivity will be paid within four full pay periods (approximately 8 weeks) of the date of ratification or arbitration award. Retroactivity will be on the basis of hours paid. Retroactive pay will be paid on a separate cheque where the existing payroll system allows. Where the existing payroll system does not allow for such separate cheque, the Home may pay retroactivity as part of the regular pay. In such circumstances, the Home undertakes that the rate of income tax on the retroactivity will not change unless the retroactive pay changes the employee’s annual tax bracket. The Home will contact former employees at their last known address on record with the home, with a copy to the bargaining unit, within 30 days of the date of ratification or arbitration award to advise them of their entitlement to retroactivity. Such employees will have a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the notice to claim such retroactivity and, if they fail to make a claim within the sixty (60) day period, their claim will be deemed to be abandoned.

  • Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.

  • DEDUCTIONS FROM SALARY A. The Board agrees to deduct from teachers’ salaries membership dues and assessments for the Xxxxxx County Education Association, the Maryland State Teachers’ Association, and the National Education Association as said teachers individually and voluntarily authorize to deduct through an appropriate written authorization form prepared by the Association. The Board agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association.

  • Deductions from Sick Leave A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave of all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) absent for sick leave.
