Retroactive Effectiveness. Buyer and Guarantor hereby intend and agree that the amendments to the Guarantee set forth in Section 1 of this Amendment shall be effective as of November 3, 2016, and at all times thereafter, with the same force and effect as if this Amendment had been executed on that date.
