Retirement Stipend. A. For employees who began work as a bargaining unit member prior to July 1, 2015, the Board will offer a retirement stipend of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) to those Members who retire on or after July 1, 2001 but on or before June 30 of the contract year in which they first are eligible to retire.
